epsom salt

Epsom salt is made of magnesium. Magnesium is the second most abundant mineral in our body and is often found in its sulfate salt. Magnesium sulfate can soak up water and is found in the natural hydrated epsomite form which is commonly known as Epsom salt. It has been used since man knew the health benefits that came from using it. It is named after a spring in present Espom, Surrey. The spring is rich due to the presence of magnesium sulfate. In a study, it is noted that Epsom salt is essential in about 300 enzymatic reactions winthin our body. It helps regulateblood pressure, reduces swelling, and helps in development in mucsels, nerves, and blodd vessels. It can also be used as:
