Children with muscle weakness now may have some hope. Children that were born with a disease and have a defective gene may even have trouble breathing.
Because of the missing gene, their “satellite Cells” cannot work they way they should.
It sounds like there is still a lot of work to be done.
This new research may be able to help many children. By identifying the gene they may be able to help find the cure.
