Title: Dreams
Summary:
Dreams are images, thoughts, sounds and voices we experience when we sleep. There is NO limit to what the mind can experience during a dream. Stresses in life can result in regular dreams or symbolic dreams with imagery. Dreams are most abundant and best remembered during the R.E.M stages of sleep. The R.E.M stage is the deepest stage of someones sleep. One theory states that dreams are our brain's attempt to make sense of meaningless stimuli. Others think dreams are just the brain firing signals as it looks back on the previous days thoughts and things that may happen in the future. There's still many things we don't know about the human brain, awake or asleep. I think that this information is valuable because there are many people who would like to know what a dream is and I enjoyed reading this article the most so far this year :)
