Although you may have some bad posture habits, we have the ability to change them. There are several different ways to change these bad posture habits. You can find a neutral, find a straight alignment in your body that feels right for you. You can remind yourself frequently, making alarms or setting sticky notes in random places in your home to remind you to watch your posture. You can vary your position, you can counter your bad posture position by standing as much as possible. Standing with proper alignment is much less muscle alignment than to try and sit with good posture. There are many other ways to improve your posture and these are just a few. I think that this article was very informative and gave some really helpful advice. However, they could improve it a bit by including some picture diagrams to better explain the scientifical side of the difference between good and bad posture.
