Planning ahead is always a good way to help a sensitive stomach because then if your going to a restraunt and or party you will know what foods you can eat, because you will ask or look up the foods that you will be eating out at. Knowing your diarrhea triggers is also a very good way of dealing with a sensitive stomach,because then youll know what foods to stay away from and can then have a good time and not get a sensitive stomach. Lastly is knowing how to eat your foods, eating your food slowly and having small proportions can always help your stomach from feeling grose and feel better. As well as eating on time it helps yuor stomach. Knowing all about these tips can help everyone not have a upset stomach or diarrhea and will aloow everyone to feel ok to go out. As well for me now I know how to help my stomach and self from feeling grose.
