Is dark chocolate good for you?

Do you know the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctors away"? Well here's a twist to it, "A dark chocolate a day keeps the doctors away!" Dark chocolate is good for you? Yes, dark chocolate helps to lower your blood pressure. Eating a little, 1.6 ounce bar of dark chocolate is in fact, HEALTHY! Dark chocolate has a lot more cocoa in it then other types of chocolate and contains 95% of its flavoniods. However, chocolate is still high in calories, so if you were to start eating more and more you might want to think about cutting back on other foods with high calories in order to even it out.
