The Damages of High Fructose Corn Syrup

High fructose corn syrup is an extremely saturated form of sugar. Basically, someone found out how to turn corn into sugar, which is a complicated process. This syrup is very similar to honey in texture, but has a taste that is very similar to sugar. HFCS is cheaper than sugar, however, and even though it is absolutely terrible for you, it is implemented in many foods such as soda, cereal, and almost every snack sold in stores.
