EDS...

I chose to do some of my blogs about EDS because, number one, my older sister has hypermobility EDS, and to in form people of what EDS is. It effects children mostly, my sister wasn't diagnosed until she was 12 years old. EDS can cause people to be in wheel chair, and they can't walk because their joints pop out of place a lot. For instance, my sister has been in a wheel chair for almost 6 years, she can't walk very well because her joints come out of place and it is very painful. Not all people with EDS are in a wheel chair, it just depends on which type the person has. The person could get worse or they could get better...again, it just depends on what type they have. I want people to be aware of this rare disease.
